Tech Neck Reset
Primary goal: Fast release for tech-neck tension + head heaviness.
A quick, targeted session to melt tension in the neck, upper back and shoulders after long hours at a computer or phone. It combines therapeutic techniques to restore lightness, easier breathing through the upper body, and a clearer head.

Techniques (chosen intuitively to match your body on the day):
myofascial release for neck + shoulders
deep tissue work
lymphatic drainage
gua sha
optional vacuum cupping (cupping therapy)
Best for you if you experience:
Neck stiffness, tension headaches, heavy shoulders, tightness across the collarbone/chest, or the classic “tech neck” posture from stress and screen time.
What happens in the session:
We begin seated with gua sha on the neck and upper shoulders to warm the tissues, boost circulation and gently release superficial tension.
You then lie down for hands-on manual work on the upper back, neck and shoulders, with deeper fascial release where needed.
If helpful, we add cupping and/or a scalp/head massage to let the last layers of tension go.
We finish with soft tissue mobilization and a short rest so your nervous system can fully “land.”

Contraindications:
active skin inflammation on the neck/upper back area
fever, infections, or significant fatigue/weakness
recent surgery or acute injury in the neck area
thrombosis or blood clotting disorders
cancer or active inflammatory conditions of the lymphatic system
Recommended cadence:
Enjoy it as a stand-alone quick fix, or as a series (e.g., once a week for 3–5 sessions) for longer-lasting change. Pairs beautifully with Flow & Release and Head Release for full upper-body unwinding.
