Using techniques rooted in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, facial massage therapy, visceral therapy, deep tissue and myofascial work, I guide the nervous system from chronic holding into regulation and repair. I create treatments that are entirely unique to each client. I follow the body and its tissues, not a preset script or routine — every session is a tailored journey for your nervous system and facial structure.
My treatments are deeply therapeutic, yet also blissfully relaxing — scented, soothing, and designed to delight your senses while restoring balance and release.
I have been exploring and perfecting holistic bodywork and facial therapies for over seven years. I am certified in Facial Massage, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Visceral Therapy, and Therapeutic Massage.
For the past two years, I have been running my studio FACEBALM in Oslo, specializing in relieving facial tension, balancing the nervous system, and helping clients reconnect with a soft, relaxed, radiant face.
