My Approach
This workshop is practical stress relief designed for real office conditions: long hours at a screen, tight shoulders, shallow breathing, and constant low-level pressure.
I combine hands-on release with simple, repeatable self-care — because I believe the biggest change comes from small routines done daily, not from occasional “big” treatments.
In practice, that means a mix of:
targeted head/neck and shoulder release (myofascial work + trigger point techniques)
acupressure-inspired touch for jaw/temples/scalp tension
breath resets + nervous-system downshifting cues
posture and micro-mobility prompts that fit into a workday
The goal is short and often: 2–5 minutes, regularly, so tension doesn’t build up in the first place. Better consistent micro-routines than rare massages, treatments, or retreats — even if those feel amazing in the moment.
