FACEBALM Workshop Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in joining a FACEBALM workshop. Below you’ll find the participation, payment, and cancellation policies that help me create a safe and high-quality experience for everyone involved.

1. Booking & Payment

– To reserve your spot, please confirm your participation via message (Instagram, email, or SMS) or here.
– You will then receive an invoice by email — payment is required via bank transfer within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
– Your spot is only guaranteed once the payment has been received.
– Spaces are limited and bookings are accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the workshop. In this case, you may receive a full refund or transfer your payment to another available date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable.
– If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else — just let me know by email or message in advance.

3. Workshop Cancellations by Organizer

– In the rare case that the workshop has to be cancelled (e.g. due to illness or unexpected circumstances), you will be offered either a new date or a full refund.

4. Participation & Timing

– Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time and create a calm, focused space.
– These workshops are held in a small, respectful setting — thank you for being mindful and discreet with other participants.

5. Responsibility & Disclaimer

– Workshops are educational and are not a substitute for personal therapy or medical consultation.
– Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
